Student Leave Rules
The following leave rules must be observed:
- Leave is granted only in genuine cases. The student must submit a written application, signed by the parents, to the Principal.
- Leave should be applied on the prescribed page of the Leave Book, available at the clerical office.
- A maximum of 2 leaves per month can be approved by English and Urdu teachers. For more than 2 leaves, permission must be obtained from the Principal or an authorized official.
- Medical Leave must be supported by a medical certificate issued by a Government hospital’s Medical Superintendent (MS) or an authorized Medical Attendant.
- Approved leaves will NOT be counted as presents in the attendance record.
- Continuous absence of 15+ days will result in the student being struck off the college roll.
- A student who fails to join the college after the start of the academic session will not be eligible for board admission submission.
Note: Re-admission may be considered ONCE per academic session, only on a written request from parents/guardians.
STUDENT’S DAILY FINES
Students must adhere to college discipline and regulations. The following fines will be imposed for violations:
- Incomplete Uniform – Rs. 100/-
- Without Uniform / Wearing Colored Clothes – Rs. 150/-
- Breach of Discipline – Rs. 200/- to Rs. 1000/- (depending on severity)
- Bringing prohibited items (Camera, Tape Recorder, MP3, or Mobile
Phone) – Rs. 1000/-
- Confiscated items will be returned only to parents upon a written request.
- Skipping Classes:
- Skipping one period – Rs. 5/-
- Skipping a full day – Rs. 50/-
- Failure to appear in January Test or End-of-Term Test – Fined as per College Examination Rules.
- Without College Identity Card – Rs. 25/- per day
- In case of loss, students must obtain a duplicate ID card immediately.
- Late Fee Submission Fine – Rs. 10/- per day
- College Property Damage Fine – As per the value of the damaged item.
- Misuse of Social Media to highlight college matters – Immediate expulsion on disciplinary grounds.
COLLEGE LEAVING RULES
- A student wishing to leave the college must submit a written application signed by the father/guardian.
- No student is allowed to leave the college until all dues, fines, and borrowed items (library books, sports equipment, etc.) are cleared.
COLLEGE EXAMINATIONS
To maintain academic integrity and eligibility for BISE, Lahore, and Punjab University admissions, the following rules apply:
- Attendance & Assessment:
- Intermediate students must qualify for monthly and other college tests each academic year.
- Failure to appear in two consecutive monthly tests or failure in the sendup test will result in removal from college rolls.
- Parents/guardians of students unable to appear in exams due to illness must submit a medical certificate and leave application before the exams.
- Promotion Criteria:
- Students must pass all subjects to be promoted from 3rd Year to 4th Year.
- Poor academic performance in college tests or send-up exams may result in denial of admission for BISE/University exams.
- Using unfair means in exams will lead to strict disciplinary action, including rustication. The decision of the College Council is final and cannot be challenged.
- Fines for Exam Absence:
- Absence in a college exam paper – Rs. 200/- per subject.
- Absence in a monthly class test – Rs. 50/-.
- Students receiving an F Grade in internal assessment will not be sent for BISE Lahore registration.
INTERNAL ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
- Intermediate studentsare evaluated through internal (monthly, send-ups, pre-boards) and external (board) exams.
- Internal assessment is based on: Academic Performance
Non-academic Activities
Moral Conduct & Ethics
- Assessment grades are sent to BISE, Lahore, and reflected on the students’ final certificates.
- Parents are encouraged to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings after December mid-term and March final term/send-up exams.
COLLEGE IDENTITY CARD RULES
ID card is mandatory for all students to maintain security and discipline.
1.Students must obtain their ID card within one week of class commencement. 2.Students must carry their ID card at all times on campus and at college functions.
- Faculty, Proctorial Board, or college staff may check ID cards at any time. Failure to present it will result in a fine.
- Lost/Damaged ID Card Fine: 100/- for a new issuance.
College Uniform
General Dress Code
- White wash-and-wear shalwar kameez(full sleeves).
- Turquoise lawn dupatta (must be fully ribbon-ed).
- Black flat shoes, school shoes or joggers (no peep-toes or sandals).
- Winter Attire:
- Black shawl
- Black sweater/jersey
Dupatta Identification Ribbon:
To ensure year-wise identification, students must have a 1-inch broad ribbon on their turquoise dupatta.

Important Notes
Ribbons of relevant colors shall be available at college canteen to maintain uniformity and facilitation for students.
Only white head scarves are allowed.
GENERAL & DISCIPLINARY RULES
All students must abide by the college’s rules and regulations. Any violation may result in disciplinary action.
- Students must maintain dignity, courtesy, and respectful behavior at all times..
- Students must regularly check the notice board for updates.
- No unauthorized posters, notices, or pamphlets may be distributed inside or outside the college without Principal’s permission.
- Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited on campus and during college functions.
- Confiscated phones will only be returned if the Disciplinary Committee permits.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Offenders may face fines, suspension, or expulsion.
- Leave applications must be submitted on the official format, along with the CNIC of a parent/guardian and other required documents (for medical leave).
- Students must stay in class until the teacher dismisses them. Leaving class without permission is not allowed.
- Any misbehavior in class or on campus must be reported to the Principal immediately.
- Political and religious activities on campus are strictly prohibited without prior permission.
- Compliance with uniform policy is compulsory.
- The college is not responsible for vehicles parked outside the campus.
Subject/Group Change Policy
- Subject Change: Students must visit the BISE Lahore office personally for any subject change. The college does not facilitate this process.
- Fee Structure: The subject/group change fee will be as per BISE Lahore regulations.
- Final Selection: Once a subject or group is applied for online, it cannot be changed. Therefore, students must decide carefully before applying.
Migration Policy
Migration is granted only to deserving students under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- Change of Residence: Migration is allowed in case of the parent’s transfer or relocation.
- Merit Requirement: The student’s marks must meet the merit criteria of the college for that session.
Application Process
- Students wishing to leave the college must submit a written application to the Principal, duly signed by their father/guardian.
- Migration from other cities is generally not permitted due to limited seat availability. However, under unavoidable circumstances (e.g., job transfer or relocation), requests may be considered in accordance with the Government’s merit policy.
Note: As per the Government of Punjab’s policy, local migration is only allowed for F.A/F.Sc students.
