Important Admission Instructions for all

Dear Parents and Students,

                            Please read the college prospectus thoroughly before filling out the admission form. The college will not be responsible for any errors made by applicants.

  • Only the admission form attached to the college prospectus will be accepted.
  • Students applying for multiple categories must submit separate forms for each.
  • Admissions will be granted according to the Government of Punjab’s admission policy.

Conditions for Admission (Intermediate)

  1. Submit the specific admission form for the chosen stream: Science, Arts, General Science, or I.C.S.
  2. Sports Quota: Available for A. students only. Attach a sports distinction certificate with the admission form.
  3. Disabled Quota: Attach a disability certificate issued by the relevant authority.
  4. Minority Quota: Available for both Arts and Science students. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and qualify the entry test where applicable.
  5. Hafiz e Quran

Required Documents

  • Matric result marks sheet (copy)
  • Four attested photographs (1.5 x 1.5 inches)
    • One front-facing photo
    • Three attested on the backo Photo background requirements:▪         A./F.Sc.: White background
    • BS programs: Blue background

Documents to be Submitted After Admission

Students must submit the following documents after securing admission:

  1. Matric Result Card – Original with three attested photocopies.
  2. Character Certificate – Original with three attested photocopies.
  3. Father/Guardian’s CNICThree attested photocopies.
  4. Applicant’s CNIC/Form-BThree attested photocopies.
  5. NOC (No Objection Certificate) – Required for students who passed Matric from any BISE other than Lahore Board. Submit the original NOC with three photocopies in time.
  6. O-Level Students:
    1. Must apply manually as per the concerned Board’s schedule.
    2. Submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by PBCC along with documents (2 to 5).

Important Notes:

  • Admissions will be granted strictly on a merit basis.
  • Parents/guardians are solely responsible for any illegal dealings with college officials, officers, or teachers.

Admission for Previous Session Students

  1. Admission may be granted on hardship/compassionate grounds with a one-year session gap, subject to the Principal’s approval based on the Admission Committee’s recommendations.
  2. Formal registration approval must be obtained from the Chairman of BISE.
  3. College Council/BOGmust provide formal approval for registration.
  4. Admissions for Graduation and Post-Graduation will be subject to the rules of the respective university.
  5. Admissions will be granted strictly on merit. Candidates must submit an affidavit confirming that they were not enrolled in any institution between their year of passing and the year of application.

Submission of Admission to BISE

  1. Students with less than 75% attendance or absent in first and secondyear college exams will not have their admissions submitted to BISE.
  2. Roll number slips will not be issued to students absent from classes as per the schedule.
  3. Students with two or more failing grades (F) in internal assessments will be ineligible for the annual board exams.
